Prof. (Dr.) B.R.Saini had done his L.L.M. from kurukshetra university and in the year 1979 he holds 1st Rank in his L.L.M. further in the year of 1987 he had completed his L.L.D. from kurukshetra university. Dr. Saini had joined the post of lecturer and had accomplished various things in his life and in early 2000’s he became the HOD of Law
department of Kurukshetra University. That in 2013 Dr. Saini had joined FIMT School of law, as the director of Law, Delhi and is currently serving there and encouraging the young law students with his experience and enhanced knowledge on dynamic topics. Moreover Dr. Saini leads various panels and completed various projects under his leadership and in his tenure, he had achieved vast knowledge and expertise on Indian constitution, moreover continuously contributed by giving various articles and research papers.

Ms. Dipti Singh – Editor

Ms. Dipti Singh holding degree of Journalism and mass communication and have worked as a journalist in local newspapers Hindustan and Prabhat Khabar in Jharkhand, Ranchi and also have worked as an anchor in Doordarshan and all India radio in year 1999-2001. After that she had joined the legal fraternity in 2008 and since then contributing in the legal field. Further she has been awarded with the most dynamic lawyer of the year award for 2017-18 by the Shaurya Achievers. Currently she is practicing as an Advocate in Delhi High Court as well as Supreme Court of India.

Ms Aqsa S Fatima – Editor

Ms Aqsa S Fatima, LLM from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, working as Assistant Professor in School of law, Fairfield Institute of Management & Technology, New Delhi, started her career at the same institute in 2013. Her area of specialisation is Criminal Law. She has supported the research on ‘Standardised module for legal awareness program’ undertaken by Jamia Islamia for National Commission for women in 2014 as project coordinator. For NCW, she has delivered guest lectures on raising legal awareness among women from marginalised communities and on various legal subjects for other organisations. An active academician, she has presented three papers at National forum and has adjudged the 7th National level Moot Court at Jamia Millia Islamia in 2017.

Mr. Pushpit Bansal – Editor

Mr. Pushpit Bansal, Adv, is currently working as a Jr. Legal Consultant in FIITJEE Ltd. and handling matters all around the country. Mr. Bansal has completed his B.A.LLB.(H) form FIMT School of Law. Mr. Bansal had presented research paper at more than 10 International and National platforms all over country on various topics which includes RTI, Human Rights and Constitutional Laws etc. Besides this Mr. Bansal has also done an online Diploma in “Advanced Entrepreneurship and Corporate Laws” from GNLU. He also bagged the award for “Best Overall Performance” in Student exchange program at KSL, Nepal. Moreover, he consistently conducts and participates in Legal welfare activates with various NGO’s in Slum areas and Government Schools in Delhi NCR. In addition to this, he is currently serving as a Treasure of an NGO known “Legal Lions”, which aims to promote Legal Education and Legal Awareness in the society.

Ms. Abhilasha Kumari – Editor

Ms. Abhilasha is an ardent believer of the above mentioned traits and with passion and keen interest in law as a career, graduated from College of Legal studies, UPES, Dehradun. Specialising into corporate laws as part of BBA. LLB curriculum, she has gained work experience in secretarial and taxation laws. Currently she is working as an Associate, Risk consultancy at PwC, Gurugram. She has expertise in compliance framework reviews, drafting, forming legal opinions, due diligence etc. having with special interest in the commercial and corporate arena of law. Apart from her current work profile, she also had an opportunity to work in several other organisations, law firms and private litigants having different areas of practice, as an intern during the 5 years graduation programme.
